Contact Blacktown Roofers

Talk to someone about your roof

(02) 4705 5200 is the quickest way. Tell us the suburb, roughly how old the house is, whether it is tile or metal, and what you have noticed — a stain, a tile on the lawn, a gutter spilling over, or hail that came through last week.

If it is easier, use the quote form further down this page. It takes a minute and you can add as much or as little detail as you like.

What helps when you get in touch

• Your suburb. The answer for a 1970s tile roof in Tregear is not the answer for a 2015 Colorbond roof in The Ponds.
• Roof type and rough age of the house. Even a guess narrows it down.
• What you have seen, and when. Photographs are genuinely useful — of the ceiling stain, the gutter, or the roof itself if you can get a shot safely from the ground.
• Whether it is urgent. Water coming in now gets treated differently from a roof you want assessed before summer.

Please do not climb up to take a photo for us. We would rather have no photo.

If water is coming in right now

Move what you can out from under it, put a container down, and call (02) 4705 5200. For a genuine storm emergency — roof off, tree through the roof, major water entry — contact the NSW SES on 132 500, and ring 000 if anyone is in danger. Then see storm and emergency roof repairs.

What happens after you call

A free inspection is arranged, someone gets on the roof and into the roof space where there is access, and you get photographs, findings and a written itemised quote. No deposit, no obligation, no one sitting at your kitchen table waiting for a signature.

Work is carried out by established, licensed and insured roofing contractors working to NSW Fair Trading requirements, and completed work carries a written workmanship warranty. How the service is set up is explained on the about page and in the disclaimer.
